2. Age Limit

Lokrantz Image has an age limit of 18 years for purchases.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated including VAT. The total price, including all fees, VAT, shipping, and payment, is displayed at checkout. Lokrantz Image reserves the right to adjust prices and correct any pricing errors as needed.

We offer several payment options including Klarna, PayPal, Visa, and Mastercard.

3.3 Discounts
Discount codes cannot be combined.

4. Deliveries

We only deliver goods within Sweden. Deliveries are handled by DHL, Postnord, Bring, Schenker, or Fedex, depending on your choice at checkout.

4.1 Delivery Time
The delivery time is 2-5 business days.

4.2 Uncollected Package
Shipments that are not picked up within 7 days will be returned to us. We reserve the right to charge you for return shipping and handling fees, which currently amount to 150 SEK.

5. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item. The product must be returned unused and undamaged in its original packaging.

5.1 Refund
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund the amount you paid for the item within 14 days of receiving your return.

5.2 Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made products.

6. Warranty and Complaints

If you receive a damaged product, you have the right to complain according to current consumer protection legislation. In case of complaints, Lokrantz Image follows the guidelines set by the General Complaints Board, see www.arn.se. More information is available at www.konsumentverket.se.

6.1 Complaints
Contact us at info@lokrantzimage.com within 14 days with pictures of the damages and the packaging. If the complaint is approved, we will send you a new identical product at no extra cost. Lokrantz Image covers the return shipping for approved complaints.

7. Privacy Policy

7.1 Personal Data
By placing an order, you consent to us storing and using your personal data to fulfill our agreement with you. You have rights under GDPR, which you can read more about in our privacy policy.

8. Force Majeure

Lokrantz Image is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to labor conflicts, extreme weather conditions, war, fires, lightning strikes, terrorist attacks, changes in regulations, technical issues, and delays with our subcontractors due to similar situations. These circumstances release Lokrantz Image from liability for damages and other penalties.

8.1 Termination of Agreement
If such events occur, we will inform you at both the beginning and end of the situation. If the circumstances last longer than two months, Lokrantz Image is released from its obligations to fulfill the entered agreements.

9. Changes to the Terms of Purchase

Lokrantz Image reserves the right to change these terms at any time. All changes will be published in "Our Purchase Terms" on our e-commerce platform.

9.1 Enforcement
Changes take effect when you accept them with a new purchase, when visiting the e-commerce platform, or 30 days after we have informed you of the changes.

9.2 Invalidity
If a competent court or authority finds any provision of these terms invalid or unenforceable, the other provisions shall continue to apply.

10. Law and Disputes

Disputes should primarily be resolved through discussion and mutual agreement with Lokrantz Image's customer service.

10.1 Filing a Complaint
If a dispute cannot be resolved through discussion, you as a customer can turn to ARN (General Complaints Board) for further assistance. More information about ARN can be found at www.arn.se.

10.2 Disputes
Disputes regarding the interpretation or application of these terms shall be governed by Swedish law.

11. Other

Lokrantz Image reserves the right for any typographical errors on the website and reserves the right to:

a. change all information without prior notice.
b. refuse individual orders.
